KUTZTOWN UNIVERSITY TO OFFER NEW SMS CERTIFICATE
The Certificate in Social Media Strategies is industry-driven and introduces students to each area of the interdisciplinary SMS program at KU. Curriculum focuses on content creation, data analytics, ethics, branding and e-commerce. Courses consist of SMS 101: Introduction to Social Media Theory and Strategy; WRI 250: Writing for Social Media; MKT 210: Principles of Marketing; and COM/ENG 314: Social Media Analytics. The flexible and efficient certificate allows working professionals to complete the curriculum on Kutztown’s campus or 100% online. It is available beginning Spring 2020.
