WELLNESS TIP OF MONTH: BEATING THE WINTER BLUES

It's February again. A month of cold weather, shortened days and minimal social interactions. Right about now, it seems like we are all wishing for some overdue time with friends and family, for some longer days basking in the warmth of the sun. It's a time to eat healthy, to get the sleep we need, to reach out to our friends and family, to find ways to get physical and to remember that in just a few short months we will all be sweating and wishing for cool air like we have now. It's your time to shine on and beat these winter blues. For more information, check out: Beating the Winter Blues During the Pandemic.
