RECREATION AND SPORT CLUB ADVISORS NEEDED

The Office of Recreational Services is looking for faculty advisors for the bass fishing and men’s lacrosse clubs. The advisors donate their time working with the club to ensure compliance with university policies and to assist in the learning and development of student participants. Other duties include advising the executive board in creating yearly budgets, providing approval for club financial transactions, attending club meetings, games or events whenever possible and serving as a source of information for the students.

CERTIFICATE IN GEOSPATIAL-INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
The Department of Geography is pleased to announce the availability of a sub-baccalaureate certificate in Geospatial-Information Technology. The 12 credit certificate includes the following GEG courses: 274 Intro. to GIS; 330 Cartography; 333 Advanced GIS; and 347 Remote Sensing of the Environment. The KU Print Center, located in 107 Stratton Administration Center, is excited to introduce our team. Amanda Rizzuti and Philip Houck are our two print center staff that are ready to help with any project.
