STEP BY STEP PROCEDURES ON REQUISITION CREATION
Jan. 8
The KU procurement team will hold a step by step training on how to enter a requisition in SAP, 9-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, in 200 Stratton Administration Center. We will explain what fields need to be filled in, how to locate a KU-linked vendor and what additional information is needed in the text fields. This training will include Aramark ordering, commodities and honorariums. In addition, our Accounts Payable team will highlight the necessary steps to pay the vendor.
