KUTZTOWN UNIVERSITY SENIOR MEETS WITH GOVERNOR WOLF
Kutztown University senior Ashley Gatto recently completed an internship with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, as part of The Harrisburg Internship Semester. Gatto and other THIS interns met with Gov. Wolf during the fall semester. Read more on KU's News and Media page.

SABBATICAL LEAVE APPLICATIONS COLLECTION
The Sabbatical Leave Committee will be available to collect your sabbatical applications in 130 Lytle Hall during the following times: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30; 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31; and, 9 a.m. to noon Monday, Feb. 3. Please bring one original copy and seven back-to-back photocopies of your application for the sabbatical committee to review. Each application should include the signed application form, your written sabbatical proposal, your updated C.V. and the signed Verification of Eligibility. CLAY CLUB WHEEL THROWN POTTERY WORKSHOP
On the Surface: Embellishing Wheel Thrown Forms. Do you want to learn how to throw on the wheel? Join our artist in residence, Julia Palmer, to develop your skills in clay. You will create and refine wheel-thrown forms and then dive deep into adding detail to your works through surface decoration. Classes will be held 6:30-8:30 p.m., Feb. 3 through March 30, in 108 Sharadin Arts Building. Four weeks for $75 or eight weeks for $125.
