2020 ONLINE W-2 FORMS
2020 W-2 forms are available to view, print and/or save online in ESS for all employees who elected online distribution. Just click on the “Payroll” tab, then “Display W-2 form.” Reminder: The system will request your social security number in order to authenticate the access. Paper W-2 forms will be mailed for all other employees in the coming weeks. https://portal.passhe.edu/irj/portal

ROHRBACH LIBRARY SPRING SEMESTER HOURS
Rohrbach Library will operate under the following hours for the spring semester:
Tuesday, Jan. 19, through Friday, Jan. 29:
– Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
– Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Saturday, Jan. 30, through Friday, May 7:
– Monday through Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
– Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
– Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
– Sunday: 2-10 p.m.

STUDENT RECREATION CENTER: SPECIAL HOURS
The Student Recreation Center is open:
– Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
– Closed weekends.
Regular semester hours are set to resume Monday, Feb.1.
We will be closed Monday, Jan. 18, in observation of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
