Extended and Lifelong Learning Welcomes Lori Lentz
The Office of the Provost is delighted to welcome Lori Lentz as the director of extended learning. Currently the assistant registrar for transfer and graduate students, her new responsibilities will include developing workforce partnerships and strengthening pathways for non-traditional students. Please join us in welcoming Lori into this new role which begins on Feb. 14.

Online 2021 W2 Form Available
For all PASSHE employees who elected to receive their 2021 W2 form online in ESS, the form is now available to view, print and/or save. Just click on the “Payroll” tab, then “Display W-2 form.” Please note: As an extra security measure, the system will request your social security number in order to authenticate the access. The portal is also protected by multi-factor authentication. Paper W-2 forms have not yet been mailed out. As soon as they have been mailed, a follow-up announcement will be made.

Accounts Payable Invoice Procedure
A reminder that campus departments are responsible for submitting invoices to Accounts Payable for payment. All invoices should include the correct purchase order number, signature, date, and marked okay to pay. Email invoices to apinvoice@kutztown.edu. Following this procedure ensures timely payment to vendors.

Women’s Center and LGBTQ+ Resource Center Awarded $27,866.50
KU strengthens its commitment to stopping sexual violence on our campus, and working toward making it a safer environment for all. The Women’s Center and LGBTQ+ Resource Center are the proud recipients of the Pa. Governor’s 2022-2023 It’s On Us Grant. These funds will be used to bring in national expert speakers on combating sexual violence, launch an awareness campaign on the “Red Flags” of unhealthy relationships and dating violence, guide our student-run It’s On Us Chapter on how to engage in peer-to-peer training, and educate our campus on advocacy for the LGBTQ community, especially those impacted by incidents of hate violence, sexual violence or intimate partner violence. Kutztown Pipe Band
Are you interested in learning to play the bagpipes? The Kutztown Pipe Band offers free introductory bagpipe lessons to KU faculty, staff and students as well as local community members. In-person group lessons start the first week of the semester on Thursdays at 6 p.m. Experienced pipers and drummers are also invited to join the band.
