The bid threshold amount for 2022 increased from $21,300 to $21,900 effective January 1. This applies to all competitive procurements, including construction. However, this threshold does not apply to contracts issued under master agreements, ITQs or other contracting mechanisms where the underlying contract was issued as a cooperative agreement via competitive solicitation or another contracting mechanism otherwise consistent with the requirements of the Procurement Code.
