Bermuda high pressure to our east will control our weather. A cloudy day is in store. Warm and moist southerly flow will intrude on the area. There will be some instability which could produce some afternoon thunderstorms. Some storms could produce some heavy rains.  High temperature in the mid-80s. Winds south at 3-7 mph. Rainfall between .1-.25" with higher amounts where storms occur.

THIS MONTH IN KU HISTORY

July 1, 1966:  The library at Kutztown State College announces it has reached 100,000 volumes.  Dr. deFrancesco, president of the college, says he is pleased the collection has nearly doubled in five years but seeks to grow the library to 250,000 volumes by 1970.

KU MUSIC STUDENTS TO PERFORM IN CAPE MAY
KU Faculty pianist Maria Asteriadou, joined by Kurt Nikkanen, concertmaster of NYC Ballet Orchestra and KU students Tyler Readinger, Joey Coco, Kariana Leinbach, Courtney Bennett, William Phillips and Anthony Rodriguez are invited to perform at the Cape May Chamber Music Festival on Wednesday, July 13, at 7 p.m.  The concert will take place at the Cape May Convention Hall and is free and open to the public.
