ANNOUNCEMENTS

TREE REMOVAL OLD MAIN A-WING
We will be removing a dead ash tree behind Old Main A-wing today. The tree is large and will take a few hours this morning to safely take down. Please avoid using the sidewalk from the rear east-side of A-wing to Risley. An alternate route would be to use the sidewalk or OM circle roadway on the west-side of A-wing. This will not impact the A-wing tunnel, the sidewalk north of the tunnel, or access to the building, only the stretch towards Risley. Thank you for your patience.
Will Meeker, director of Campus Services, Facilities

All invoices with an invoice date of June 30, 2017 or earlier need to be sent to the AP office today. Please contact the Accounts Payable office if you have an invoice dated prior to July 1, 2017 and cannot send it to the Accounts Payable office today.

ANNUAL FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSPECTIONS
July 10 - 28
Annual fire sprinkler system inspections will occur Monday, July 10, through Friday, July 28. Service technicians will be inspecting sprinkler system components such as sprinkler heads, piping, valves and fire pumps in our campus buildings equipped with sprinkler systems. For the most part, the inspection process will be transparent, except where system components may exist in common or other occupied spaces requiring the technician to access a valve or device. This work does not require sounding of alarms in the building, but may result in a discharge of water to the outside of the building through sprinkler drains. Thank you for your cooperation while this important inspection task is performed.
Jeffrey LaGamba, CET, assistant director, Environmental Health and Safety
