Two big stories: heat and humidity and heavy rain and storms with the remnants of Barry. Warm southerly flow will bring up moisture from the Gulf. Rain will begin late-morning to early afternoon. Rain may be heavy at times. High temperature in the mid-90s. Winds southwest at 5-8 mph. Rainfall between 0.1-0.25 inch with higher amounts where storms occur.

A reception in his honor will be held 1:30-3:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 31, in 317 Stratton Administration Center.

PEBTF GET HEALTHY WELLNESS SCREENING
Registration for the Kutztown University PEBTF Get Healthy (AFSCME and SCUPA) wellness screening event will close Thursday, July 25. Our on-site event will be held Thursday, Aug. 8, in the Georgian Room. Registration is highly recommended; there are still openings. We will not guarantee any walk-ins.

KU FAMILY DAY
Academic departments and other offices on campus are welcome to participate by having demonstrations, displays, activities for families, a performance, special lecture, etc. If you would like to participate in any fashion, and to be included in the schedule, we need to know by Thursday, Aug. 1. There are no limits, be creative as to what you think families might be interested in attending. STRATTON ADMINISTRATION BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
July 22-26
Starting Monday, July 22 through July 26, the contractor will be using the east side entrance ramp to install new perimeter stone and mulch in the interior courtyard. Please use caution due to the activity in this area. The entrance will remain open at all times.
