Please join us in wishing a fond farewell to Jerry Silberman, vice president of the Office of Administration and Finance, as he retires from Kutztown University with more than 29 years of service. A reception in his honor will be held 1:30-3:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 31, in 317 Stratton Administration Center.
