On July 23, 2019, members of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) Alcohol and Other Drug Coalition and University of Pittsburgh, Program Evaluation and Research Unit (PERU) conducted an initial site visit to Kutztown University. The visit was part of an initiative aimed to implement the evidence-based Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) into student health services.
