WOMEN’S SWIM TEAM HONORED AS CSCAA SCHOLAR ALL-AMERICA TEAM
Kutztown University’s women’s swimming has been named a Scholar All-America Team by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America following the spring 2019 semester. The Golden Bears posted a team grade point average of 3.40 during the most recent semester to earn the recognition. KU was also honored following the fall 2018 semester, marking the first time the team has appeared on the CSCAA’s Scholar All-America Team list following both semesters in an academic year since 2015-16. WEATHER

A slight chance of showers before 10 a.m., then a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 4 p.m. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. Patchy fog before 9 a.m. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 87. South wind 5 to 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

ANNUAL GENERATOR LOAD TESTING
The required annual load testing of emergency back-up generators will begin Monday, July 8. Each test will last approximately two hours and will occur during business hours. Stratton Administration Center testing will occur outside of business hours on Saturday, July 13. The test will not cause a disruption of power and should not have an impact on the use of the building. The only concern is the noise of the generator, which in most buildings you cannot hear once you are inside. The date for each building is:
