KUTZTOWN UNIVERSITY TOPS 200 PSAC SCHOLAR-ATHLETES FOR THE FIRST TIME
A school-record 206 Kutztown University student-athletes have been named Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Scholar-Athletes for the 2019-20 academic year. By having more than 200 student-athletes recognized for the first time in school history, Kutztown surpassed its former record of 181 PSAC Scholar-Athletes from 2017-18. KU has featured 100 or more PSAC Scholar-Athletes each of the last 14 years. To qualify for PSAC Scholar-Athlete recognition, a student-athlete must have completed the 2019-20 academic year with a 3.25 cumulative GPA or higher. Full story: https://bit.ly/3g06iLp.

TEAMWORK U VIRTUAL CAREER FAIR KICK OFF
To accommodate students’ needs during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Department of Sport Management and Leadership Studies re-designed and converted their internship course for Summer 2020. Students in this class are currently participating in a Virtual Career Fair hosted by Teamwork Online, a renowned talent recruiting platform in sport. This event kicked off on June 15. Kutztown University sport management program is one of the five universities featured with over 40 employers on board reviewing candidates.
