TWO NEW TRUSTEES APPOINTED AT KUTZTOWN UNIVERSITY
Phillips Armstrong ʼ71, and student Marshae Batchelor have been named Kutztown University’s newest additions to its Council of Trustees. Armstrong is a KU graduate and taught social studies in the Lehigh Valley for more than 40 years. Batchelor was selected as the student trustee and enters her senior year at KU. Read More.

KUTZTOWN FOLK FESTIVAL VIRTUAL EDITION
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in-person events at the 2020 Kutztown Folk Festival have been canceled. The Festival will host online events and activities through Monday, July 6, including its nationally recognized Quilt and Barn Star Auction. FUHRMAN AND HOFFMAN NAMED COSIDA ACADEMIC ALL-AMERICANS
Kutztown University field hockey's Mackenzie Fuhrman and men's track and field's Luke Hoffman have been selected as 2019-20 CoSIDA Academic All-Americans, as announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America.
Fuhrman earned Academic All-America honors for the second consecutive year by being named to the NCAA Division II Women's At-Large First Team. Fuhrman recently completed her senior year and is a communication design major from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Fuhrman full story: https://bit.ly/2AfwoLl
Hoffman, who was an Academic All-District pick in 2018-19, received NCAA Division II Men's Track and Field/Cross Country Second Team honors this year, despite having his 2020 outdoor season canceled due to the pandemic.
