EDUCATION DOCTORATE STUDENT PRESENTATION
Education doctorate student, Jane Ammon presented her research at the International Leadership Association's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Virtual Summit Thursday, July 15. Her poster session was entitled, “Decentering Whiteness in Teacher Education Programs Through a Creative Self Study of Womanist Pedagogy."

CROSSWALK PAINTING
The crosswalks on Main Street and College Boulevard will be painted beginning Tuesday, July 20, weather permitting. During this time, traffic controls will be in place. KAYLA HUDAK NAMED ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS
The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is proud to announce that Kayla Hudak has accepted the position of assistant director of admissions. Hudak was previously an admissions recruiter here at Kutztown University. She will continue to recruit students from northern New Jersey in addition to managing the admissions social media accounts. During her time in the Office of Admissions, Hudak quadrupled the Instagram following for the Office of Admissions’ account in addition to strengthening our presence in New Jersey high schools. Congratulations Kayla.

HUMAN RESOURCES CENTER
The former Admissions House will now be known as the Human Resources Center. Staff from the Office of Human Resources will move into their new home Thursday, Aug. 5.

NEW DIRECT PAY REQUISITION PROCESS
Departments can now utilize our new direct pay requisition process, which automates the approval workflow through DocuSign. Using the link below, you can enter your fund center approvers, and complete the form online. Once completed, the form will be sent through DocuSign to the approvers. After all of the approvals are obtained, the form is automatically sent to the Office of Accounts Payable. https://app.kutztown.edu/forms/?Department=Financial%20%26%20Business%20Services&Audience=Faculty%2FStaff. More information regarding what can be direct paid is included on the website. If you prefer to continue using the traditional PDF copy, you can do so.
