The University Storeroom will be conducting our Annual Inventory the week of June 20 - 23, 2016.  During this time the storeroom will be unable to make campus deliveries.  We will resume our regular delivery schedule on Friday, June 24.

While the storeroom is conducting Inventory, the SAP System will not allow users to process Material Reservations online.  The University Storeroom will begin running the necessary transactions in preparation for inventory at 1 p.m. on Friday, June 17. It is imperative that campus users refrain from attempting to use the Material Reservation transaction codes during this time.  The System will resume accepting Material Reservation transactions beginning on Friday, June 24.

Please remember that users should NOT attempt to input Material Reservations during this time, the transaction will not only be rejected but it will also have an impact on the Storeroom Inventory Process.

If you have any questions, concerns, or emergency needs during this time, please feel free to contact Tim Good, storeroom supervisor at x-34139 or via email at:
