Congratulations to Father Rich Brensinger of the Saint Christopher Catholic Newman Center on the 25th anniversary of his ordination as a Roman Catholic priest.  He has served as chaplain at KU since 2011.

KU Office of Procurement Services will be hosting the 2017 PASSHE Purchasing and Contracts Conference Wednesday, May 31 - Friday, June 2, in the South Dining Hall and Academic Forum.

June 5 Lot B4 (Admissions, Schock Education House, and Maple Manor) will be closed beginning Monday, June 5 to complete paving repairs and line striping. During this time, parking will be available in Lot B2. I apologize in advance for the disruption. Questions or concerns should be directed to Christine Sutjak, project manager, at

Through June 8
Annual fire alarm testing will be conducted in the university's education and general purpose buildings, during the next several weeks. This testing is performed to ensure the alarm and mass notification systems are functioning properly. While every effort has been made to schedule this testing around classes, events and other special activities during the daytime hours, test technicians will also be conducting testing during the evenings and some Saturdays due to unavoidable conflicts during the weekday. We appreciate your cooperation while we ensure our life safety systems are operating optimally.

Sign-up now to be a part of the 19th Annual Great Golden Bear Golf Scramble on Monday, June 12, 2017. The scramble will be held at the Rich Maiden Golf Course in Fleetwood, Pa., for a 1 p.m. shotgun start, and includes a new low price for 2017.  Click here for complete information.



The Collegiate Rugby Championships begin tomorrow, June 2, with women's pool play.  Both the KU men and women return to the CRC in 2017.  The championships are held at Talen Energy Stadium, Chester, Pa.  Tickets are still available at
