As I end my final day at KU, I am drawn to so many memories of friends and acquaintances I have made in my years here. When I sit and reflect upon my history, I realize I can never express my thanks for the very patient sharing of knowledge and time everyone I have encountered has shown to me, and for the lessons I have learned. Many days I left with joy and a smile about the job we had done, not a grimace about the hours we worked.
Thank you once again for all the memories. I had the best time! I wish you all the happiest, safe summer, and a wonderful new year! Until we meet again.

Deadline for Travel Reimbursement FY 2022
Travel expense reimbursement requests (through the Travel Management System) should be sent to Accounts Payable no later than July 8. Travel reimbursement requests turned in after July 8 will be applied to your FY 2022 budget. Please contact tmoyer@kutztown.edu with any questions.

Purchasing Cards Transactions Year End Close
As we approach our June 30 fiscal year end, please remember the important due date listed below for p-card transactions and ensure they are factored into your department’s plan for fiscal year (FY) 2022. Purchasing card transactions posted on or before June 30 will utilize your FY 2022 budget. Please take into consideration that credit card transactions could take three to five business days to post. Please plan accordingly if you are using your FY 2022 budget. Any transactions that post after June 30 will utilize your FY 2023 budget. Cardholders should have their receipts uploaded and transactions signed off by July 6. Managers should approve their team’s transactions by July 8. Please contact Accounts Payable – Pcard Support with any questions.
