Lunch at the Folk Festival

KU faculty and staff are invited to have lunch at the festival, July 2-10. You will receive free entry to the festival with your KU ID or business card weekdays, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The festival offers two restaurants serving full-course Pennsylvania Dutch meals, a variety of homemade soups and sandwiches plus festival favorites including sausage, potpie, corn fritters, funnel cake, shoo-fly pie and apple dumplings. Mileage Reimbursement Rate

In accordance with a change in the U.S. General Services Administration’s privately-owned vehicle mileage reimbursement rates and Board of Governors’ Policy 1986-07-A, Travel Expense Regulations, the reimbursement rate for use of a personal automobile for official State System travel will increase to $0.625 effective July 1. This only applies to travel that occurs on/after July 1. Any travel that takes place before that date will utilize the previous rate of $0.585.
