ANNOUNCEMENTS

JOSEPH MCSPARRAN
The Department of Secondary Education is sad to share the news that Dr. Joseph McSparran died on March 9. McSparran retired in 2012 having been on the faculty for 15 years. The Kutztown senior class chose McSparran to be commencement speaker in 2010. This was one of the many accomplishments in McSparran’s 42 years as a teacher, principal, school superintendent and faculty member. He touched many lives as a school leader and his wisdom and vision will be missed.
