MAY COMMENCEMENT-FACULTY RSVP
KU will host commencement in six ceremonies in May. Your role in this event is significant to our students. The deadline to rent regalia (required for participation) is March 30. TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Please submit all travel requests and expense reports in the new Travel Management System in the Employee Self Serve Portal (ESS), retroactive to March 1, and discontinue the use of all carbon/paper forms. Reference guides for the TMS are available on the Accounts Payable Overnight and Non-Overnight travel websites.
