Yoga with the Provost
The TRIO Student Support Services program continues weekly mindfulness series to support students' mental health. Special guest Dr. Lorin Basden Arnold, provost, conducted an amazing yoga for beginners session Thursday, Feb. 24. For many students, this was their first time trying yoga. Students reported that it was a very positive experience and a great time. The entire TRIO SSSP staff and students are thankful for the session.
