MEMORIAL DAY TRIBUTE
Military Appreciation Month gives us many opportunities to recognize and remember the selfless and heroic contributions of our U.S. service members and their families, such as Military Spouse Appreciation Day, Public Service Recognition Week, Armed Forces Day and Memorial Day. Traditionally, we celebrate Memorial Day with parades, family barbecues and paying respect to loved ones we lost. Many sacrificed all for our country, like marketing and communications assistant director, Camille DeMarco's uncle, Private First Class Eake DeMarco, who served during WWII and was killed in action. Learn more about PFC DeMarco here and through his memorial on display in the Rohrbach Library, first floor near the coffee shop.
