VIDEO: SENIOR SENDOFF
Goldens Bears from the Class of 2020 and 2021 gathered at Alumni Plaza Saturday, May 1, with KU president, Dr. Kenneth S. Hawkinson, to toast their collective resolve in getting through an extremely challenging year. After the toast, the prospective graduates marched together down Main Street in Kutztown as parents and the community at large turned out to cheer them on. Afterwards, tables were set up on Main Street to allow the graduates to dine with family and friends. Watch here.

Peering over a garden of coneflowers outside of South Dining Hall, one can see the US flag waving high on the flag pole with Deatrick and Dixon Halls in the background.

HOUSING PROGRAM FOR SUBSTANCE-FREE LIVING
Kutztown University has created a student housing program for students interested in living and learning with other students who share similar substance-free lifestyle values. While Kutztown University is a dry campus and substances such as drugs and alcohol are prohibited on campus, Freedom Place is open to any student who commits to living a substance-free lifestyle. Our supportive environment will allow students to explore ways to cope with stress, unwind and have fun with like-minded students. Students make personal commitments for multiple reasons. A lifestyle free of substance is a shared interest for students who choose to live together and connect at Freedom Place. Learn More.
