McCargo to Serve as KU's Interim VP for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs
Dr. Donavan D. McCargo will serve as interim vice president for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs at Kutztown University, effective June 18. McCargo has been assistant vice president and dean of students at KU since August 2017.

Softball Gears Up for NCAA Tournament
The NCAA Atlantic Regional softball tournament is coming back to North Campus Field. For the second straight year, No. 20 Kutztown softball received the top seed in the region and will host a four-team pod in regionals, beginning Thursday, May 12. The No. 1 seeded Golden Bears (37-13 overall) will take on No. 8 Fairmont State in the opening game of the tournament 11 a.m. Thursday. The second game of the day will be between the two other teams in the pod, No. 4 Mercyhurst and No. 5 West Virginia Wesleyan, scheduled for a 1:30 p.m. first pitch. There will be three games Friday, the first is the winner’s bracket game at 10 a.m., followed by two elimination games at 12:30 and 3 p.m. The championship is scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday, with a second game, if necessary, to be played right after. Tickets will be available to be purchased in advance or at the door. Ticket pricing Session (daily ticket) - $10 per person (includes KU staff), $5 children/student/seniors; Tournament Pass (all days/games) - $24 per person, $12 children/student/seniors (children under 2 are free).
