2022 OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD
The Open Enrollment Period runs Oct. 18 through Nov. 5.
2022 Flexible Spending Account Open Enrollment
The 2022 FSA Open Enrollment Period, for both health care and dependent care accounts, began Oct. 18 and runs through Friday, Nov. 5. FSA elections should be made through Employee Self-Service (ESS). Employees should elect coverage in annual amounts which is divided by your pay frequency. This is the only time you can elect to enroll in a FSA for the 2022 year, except in limited circumstances.
PEBTF Open Enrollment
PEBTF covered employees (i.e., AFSCME and SCUPA): The Open Enrollment period is open and closes Friday, Nov. 5. This is your opportunity to make changes to your coverage, or your covered dependents, as determined by the plan. If you wish to make changes, please go to Benefits Enrollment, on Employee Self-Service. If you do not wish to make any changes, you do not have to do anything.

DECEMBER COMMENCEMENT-FACULTY RSVP

KU will host two December commencement ceremonies. Your role in this event is significant to our students. Regalia is required for participation. The deadline to rent regalia is Tuesday, Nov. 2. President Hawkinson invites the campus community to honor Natalie Cartwright, director of institutional research, for her many years of service to KU. Natalie will be starting a new position with PASSHE as the assistant director/senior research analyst for Advanced Data & Analytics, Office of the Chancellor.
