Weather forecasts are provided by KU's Dr. Michael Davis and "Monsoon Mike" Regensburger

Easterly flow looks to keep the clouds locked in today. Any sun would be a bonus and not as likely as another overcast day. There will be a few showers and drizzle around, but precipitation amounts should be limited to under a tenth of an inch. The good news is that high temperatures will be above normal for this time of year at about 70 degrees.
Monsoon Mike Regensburger and Dr. Michael Davis recorded a new “Weather and Climate Chat” podcast, their occasional audio discussion at past, present and future weather, along with some discussion on climate. You can hear the latest episode by clicking here.

Open Hour with Provost

Faculty, staff and students are invited to drop by and chat with Dr. Lorin Basden Arnold, provost, during her open office hour 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27 in the Bears Den MSU. Faculty and staff who would like to have a conversation, but for whom this time does not work, are welcome to contact the Office of the Provost at 610-683-4155 to schedule a time to meet.

Stop and Smell the Music

Please join some of the music faculty for our new adventurous concert series where we present collaborations between KU’s Department of Music and local organizations. Our first concert is 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, Georgian Room, Old Main. This collaboration with Kutztown’s Paisley & Company pairs uniquely crafted scents with each piece of music on our program.
