Weather forecasts are provided by KU's Dr. Michael Davis and "Monsoon Mike" Regensburger

Slow-moving cold front on the move today with copious clouds and rain showers, perhaps even a thunderstorm. Remains humid. Highs in the mid-70s. Southeast winds. Rain could turn heavy for a time tonight.

Thank you to all the people who I had the privilege to work with over the 22 years of my service to Kutztown University. This university is a caring and generous place to work and I will remember all of you fondly. I wish you luck at work and in your personal lives in the years ahead. Please be kind to each other and carry each other’s burdens with joy. Life is short and you never know what is next. God bless all of you. Thanks for the memories.

Twice a month, the First Gen Initiative will inform faculty and staff of tips and facts for first-generation college students through the Daily Brief. Helpful advice will be given to make first-generation students at KU feel more supported and prepared. We are also actively looking to create a database of faculty and staff that are first generation. Please contact Christine Storch at chrstorch@kutztown.edu if you are indeed a first-generation faculty or staff member. Follow us on Instagram @ku_firstgen and check out our website for more resources and information. https://www.kutztown.edu/about-ku/administrative-offices/orientation/first-gen-at-ku/first-gen-resources.html
