Please continue to email all invoices for payment to apinvoice@kutztown.edu for processing in a timely manner. Do not use the campus mail. Continue to encourage the use of ACH enrollment instead of paper checks for timely receipt of payment. To request an ACH enrollment form, please contact the Office of Accounts Payable at apinvoice@kutztown.edu. When interacting with vendors also encourage the use of the ACH enrollment and use of the accounts payable email address for customer service. Following this procedure will help us prevent unnecessary passing of paperwork between departments and ensure timely payment to our vendors. Thank you.

The beginning of a new academic year is a good time to remind everyone about proper use of official Kutztown University trademarks. The university logo and seal, the athletic logos featuring the Golden Bear and paw, and images of the KU mascot, Avalanche, are all trademarked items. By law, these marks cannot be altered in any way without permission of the University Relations office. In addition, vendors reproducing the logos must be licensed through CLC Licensing. The current list of protocols and approved Kutztown University vendors can be found at: https://www.kutztown.edu/logos. Questions regarding licensing can be directed to the Office of University Relations at ur@kutztown.edu or by calling ext. 3-4114.

The Rohrbach Library building is open this fall. There are three spacious floors where students can find quiet spots to study or to attend online classes. There are a variety of different tables and chairs throughout- something for everyone. Not only are there different seating and table arrangements available, they have been configured to adhere to KU’s social distancing guidelines. Other measures are in effect; masks are required, sanitizing wipes are available throughout and plexiglass is installed at several service points. The building is cleaned every day to further promote the university’s commitment to provide a safe environment for all. We welcome and look forward to seeing students use the library once again.
