HAWKINSON VISITS SITE OF PA GERMAN HERITAGE CENTER
Dr. Hawkinson (left) and Patrick Donmoyer, director, Pennsylvania German Cultural Heritage Center, joined members of the KU Foundation, KU staff and construction team to tour the new headquarters of the Pennsylvania German Cultural Heritage Center. Heritage Center staff will relocate to the former Professional Building, which is being renovated by the KU Foundation and named in honor of East Penn Manufacturing founder DeLight Breidegam. New headquarters will house the Heritage Center's unique research collection of books, manuscripts, photographs, documents and artifacts in a state-of-the-art research library, open to students, faculty, visiting researchers and the public.

WALKS WITH WYNNIE
President Kenneth Hawkinson invites you to walk with him, Mrs. Hayes-Hawkinson, and their dog, Wynnie at 5 p.m., Monday, Sept. 13. The walks start at the president's patio and will conclude at the President's House on Kutztown Road for light refreshments. Participants are welcome to bring their dogs. Walks will be canceled in the event of rain.

FIRST CET FALL PRESENTATION
The Center for the Enhancement of Teaching is pleased to offer the first CET fall presentation "Bringing Research into and Students out of the Classroom" by Dr. Khori Newlander, Department of Anthropology & Sociology.
