Sept. 9, 2022
Patriot Day and National Day of Service and Remembrance is observed Sept. 11 in honor of the individuals who lost their lives as a result of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Flags are flown at half-mast. Americans are to observe with a moment of silence beginning at 8:46 a.m.
As we remember those we lost and give thanks for the brave first responders, take a moment today to consider what we stand for as a nation and how we can work together to make the world a better place for all. Help us inspire unity and millions of acts of kindness and service. Volunteer, Donate, Be Kind. Here are some suggestions: Resources – 9/11 Day (911day.org); Kutztown University Foundation and Alumni Relations (kuf.org).
Never Forget, Always Remember.
