Speaking Out: Voices of Social Justice for All

KUTZTOWN, Pa. - The Kutztown University Commission on Human Diversity will hold its annual conference, "Speaking Out: Voices of Social Justice for All," on Friday, Feb. 26, in the McFarland Student Union, room 218.  Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. and the conference welcome begins at 8:45 a.m.  The conference, including lunch, is free and open to the public.

Keynote speakers include:

Rachel Williams, an artist and teacher currently employed as an associate professor at the University of Iowa. She has a joint appointment between the School of Art and Art History (Intermedia) and Gender Women's and Sexuality Studies. 

Danielle Notaro, poet, writer, actor and director.

Olivia Hassler, a graduate of Parkland High School and University of South Carolina student-athlete who was the victim of domestic violence at the hands of her ex-boyfriend.
