Tower – Criminal Justice at KU
In the winter 2012 issue of The Tower, we catch
up with alumni who are using their Criminal Justice degrees to
protect and serve. Read-up about FBI Special Agent Ray Carr ’79,
Upper Darby Police Sergeant Amanda Pombo ’98, Dr. Arthur Garrison
’90, Adam Kisthardt ’88 and ’00 and Christine Reichardt ’96 and
several others.
The Tower also takes a look at photography
through the eyes of Thomas Shillea ’69 who uses 100-year old
equipment to photograph subjects from Coretta Scott King and Mario
Andretti to Sissy Spacek, Malcolm Forbes and President Ronald
Reagan.

professor emerita, Dr. Connie Dent, credited with advancing the
involvement of women on campus, founding the Women’s Center.
