United States Secret Service dog, Hurricane, and canine handler officer Marshall Mirarchi, a Kutztown University alumnus, will be honored with the PDSA Order of Merit medal by the United Kingdom’s leading veterinary charity, PDSA, for Hurricane’s outstanding devotion to duty.
