Domestic U.S. Applicants are students who are United States Citizens/Dual Citizens, Legal Permanent Residents of the United States (“Green Card” holders), Asylees, Refugees, Parolees, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and students in other categories not addressed in “International Applicants”.
