Tuesday, October 14

KU Cares Day of Service 

Volunteer at Friend Inc. Food Pantry on Noble Street from 11 a.m.– 1 p.m. or harvest potatoes with the Potato Project near the baseball fields (1 p.m.–4 p.m.). Sign up on GivePulse and show your KU pride by giving back with these projects aimed at addressing local hunger issues.

Rock the Lawn

Bring your blanket to sit on and enjoy fee live music at 6 p.m. on the lawn behind Schaeffer Auditorium.  This event is open to everyone. Bring some friends and get ready to be amazed by our talented commercial music students.

Women's Field Hockey vs West Chester

Cheer on the Women's Field Hockey as they face off against West Chester.  Game starts at 7 p.m. at Andre Reed Stadium.

Wednesday, October 15

Women's Tennis

Come out to the tennis courts to support the Women's Tennis as they face off against Moravian University at 3:30 p.m.

KU Spirit Bingo!

Get ready for a night of high-energy fun, fierce competition and Golden Bear pride.  KUAB is bringing the heat with KU-themed prizes you'll actually want to win, from homecoming exclusives to campus favorites.  Starting at 7 p.m. in the Alumni Auditorium located in the McFarland Student Union Building (MSU 183), anyone could walk away as a winner.  Come for the prizes, stay for the fun and leave with memories.  Check out Engage to learn more.

Be on the lookout for Pop-Up Spirit Stations across campus 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. to get some fun freebies!

Enjoy a spirited themed dinner Upstairs at South Dining Hall from 4 - 8 p.m.

Spirit Rally

Time to unleash your Golden Bear spirit!  Join us under the lights of Andre Reed Stadium as we get pumped up with music, cheering, fun and games.  Meet the Golden Bear Athletics seniors, cheer on the Spirit Court, and snag some epic giveaways.  Festivities start at 8 p.m.

Friday, October 17

Can Stacking Contest

At 5:30 p.m., pre-registered teams will build impressive sculptures using canned goods, all to benefit the Bear Essentials food pantry. Each masterpiece will demonstrate artistic flair and fight hunger on campus. Join the fun and make a meaningful impact at this one-of-a-kind event! Sign-up your team (free!) of 2, 3 or 4 Golden Bears.  This event will be held in the McFarland Student Union's Nancy Jean Stump Seiger '54 Multipurpose Room (MSU 218). Display and judging will be at 8 p.m.  All are welcome!

Homecoming S'mores

Come to South Dining Hall, Room 1, and get cozy while making some delicious s'mores.  The fun begins at 7 p.m. and goes until 9 p.m. for this annual Friday night tradition.

Women's Field Hockey

Kick off the day cheering on Women's Field Hockey as they go up against Slippery Rock at 10 a.m.

Homecoming Tents

Swing by the tent set up around the DMZ for some fun for everyone.  The Foundation will have the Bear and Cub Tents from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. with refreshments for the whole family, please pre-reigster on the Foundation's website for the Bear and Cub Tents.

Feed the Bears

Bring canned goods, personal care items and other non-perishable donations to the Feed the Bears Tent on the DMZ from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM to donate to our Bear Essentials Student Food pantry on campus.

Homecoming Football Game versus Millersville

The biggest game of the season! Pack the stands in maroon and gold as KU takes on Millersville in this epic Homecoming showdown. Bring your energy, your voice, and your Golden Bear pride!  Celebrate the winners of the Residence Hall Association Banner Competition and the champions of the Student Spirit Court.  Kickoff is at 3 p.m.
