Please join the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs in celebrating and appreciating Krista Evans for her service and commitment to the KU community. A reception with refreshments will be held 1-3 p.m. Thursday, June 22, in the lobby of the Sharadin Arts Building.

Purchasing Cards - Year End
Purchasing card transactions posted on or before June 30 will utilize your FY 2023 budget. Please take into consideration that credit card transactions could take 3-5 business days to post. Please plan accordingly if you are using your FY 2023 budget. Any transactions that post after June 30 will utilize your FY 2024 budget.
Cardholders should have their receipts uploaded and transactions signed off by July 6. Managers should approve their team’s transactions by July 10.

Receiving Merchandise - Year End Due Date
A reminder all merchandise delivered on or before June 30 must be received in SourcePoint by the requisitioner before the end of the day on June 30. Any items received after June 30 will be applied to your FY 2024 budget.
