Faculty, staff and students are invited to stop by with President Hawkinson during his open hour 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 5, 301 Stratton Administration Center. Chambliss Undergraduate Student Academic Achievement Awards

Faculty and staff are encouraged to nominate undergraduate students who graduated in December 2023 or graduating in May 2024 for this prestigious award. Nominees should exemplify an exceptional individual achievement in one or more categories. A list of categories and a nomination form can be found on the website below. The deadline is Monday, Feb. 12.

Faculty and Staff Travel Reimbursement

Reimbursement for faculty and staff travel expenses should be submitted through the Travel Management System (TMS) located in the ESS portal. Guides for submitting non-overnight and overnight travel expenses are located on the Accounts Payable webpage under the "Travel Expenses" category. Any questions pertaining to travel or TMS can be directed to Amanda Vasko at avasko@kutztown.edu or 610-683-4744.

GEPAC Hosting Open Forum

The General Education Program and Assessment Committee (GEPAC) will host an open forum 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, 225 Rickenbach Learning Center, for faculty to come and learn about GEPAC, meet members and ask questions about General Education and Assessment. Please come and meet our members, view our presentation and bring along any questions you have about assessment. Those who are not on campus can attend remotely on Zoom with their KU account. Any questions or concerns may be addressed to our email address at gepac@kutztown.edu.

Sabbatical Applications Collection Schedule Spring 2024

The Sabbatical Leave Committee will be available during the following time slots to collect your sabbatical applications for Fall 2025-Spring 2026:
 - 11 a.m. to noon and 2:30-3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, 130 Lytle.
 - 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, 130 Lytle.
 - 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, Feb. 1, 130 Lytle.
Please bring one original copy and seven back-to-back photocopies of your application for the sabbatical committee to review. Each application should include the following items:
 - A signed verification of eligibility form from the Provost's office (signatures of the applicant and the provost representative are required).
 - A signed application form (signatures of the dean, department chair and the applicant are required).
 - A written sabbatical proposal.
 - An updated C.V.
