Presidential Authority to Waive Locally Established Fees

Kutztown University Policy FIN-013

1. Purpose and Scope

   The purpose of the policy is to permit waiver for locally established fees authorized by the Council of Trustees to make the application process more affordable to apply for admission for individuals with financial difficulties. 

2. Policy 
   

   The Council of Trustees authorizes the President, or the President’s designee, to waive locally established fees, on a case by case basis, for individuals applying for admission to Kutztown University.
