Campus Smoking

Kutztown University Policy GEN-001

1. Purpose

   To establish designated smoking areas to protect the rights of both non-smokers and smokers.   

2. Scope
   

   This policy applies to all individuals on campus.

4. Policy & Procedure(s)

All Kutztown University buildings, including the residence halls, are designated as smoke free.  Each building will have one entrance designated as an outdoor smoking area. Smoking is not permitted within twenty-five feet of any main entrance to a residence hall, apartment, or residence house.
