  • Biography
    Dr. Owenz is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Kutztown University. She has a doctorate degree in counseling psychology, ten years of clinical experience, and ten years of experience teaching in higher education. Her research and teaching focuses on inclusive education, methods for power-sharing in the classroom, and just assessment. She is particularly interested in the intersection of student well-being, mental health, and andragogy. A secondary line of research focuses on children's screen time and parental monitoring.
