Dr. Vaughn has several research interests including cardiovascular diseases and its impact on minoritized population, sport performance and nutrition, and personal fitness education for lifelong wellness. I conduct research in kinesiology and health, flipped pedagogy, organizational & academic socialization, faculty development, and diversity recruitment and retention strategies. Worked with underrepresented students in STEM.
