Biography
Patricia Walsh Coates is a Professor Secondary Education at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in the United States. She holds a PhD in History and specializes in both educational theory and 20th century feminist and trans-Atlantic history. Dr. Walsh Coates has published various works in the field of teacher education, most recently on outcomes-based doctoral programs, sexuality education in United States public schools, and restorative practice in the classroom. She is currently the Director of Kutztown’s Education Doctorate in Transformational teaching and Learning.
