The Office of Compliance

 The Office of Compliance supports Kutztown University’s commitment to fostering a campus environment rooted in fairness and access. The office serves as a resource for students, employees, applicants, and visitors by providing guidance, education, and support related to equal opportunity, affirmative action, nondiscrimination, harassment prevention, Title IX, Clery Act responsibilities, and other compliance-related matters. In partnership with offices, departments, and campus leaders across the university, the Office of Compliance works to strengthen education, prevention, and response efforts while helping ensure that university policies are understood and applied equitably. Through training, policy guidance, complaint resolution, investigations, support for equitable hiring practices, and collaboration with campus partners, the office helps contribute to a welcoming campus environment where all members of the KU community can learn, work, and participate fully.
