We are grateful to our colleagues at Georgia Southern University Counseling Center for sharing their "Holiday Season and Winter Break Stress Kit" to share with our campus community. Services are available through SEAP 24/7. Log on to the SEAP website or call 1-800-692-7459 for more information. Faculty and staff are not eligible for counseling services on campus through Kutztown University's Counseling & Psychological Services (KUCPS) Department, whose services are for students only.
