The mission of the Office of Institutional Research is to support institutional management, policy-making, decision-making and assessment functions in a timely and efficient manner through the collection, organization, analysis and dissemination of internal and external data.
Data requests can be submitted by emailing irrequests@kutztown.edu. Please include as much detail as possible so we can fulfill your request accurately and efficiently. Helpful information includes the specific data or report you need, any relevant criteria (e.g., date range, term, student population, program), your preferred format (e.g., Excel, PDF, summary report), and your need-by date. The more detail you provide initially, the better we can deliver exactly what you need. Many requests can be fulfilled within five business days; more complex requests will require a longer timeframe.
