Kelly Hojnacki, Assistant Dean of Students - Student Assistance
Kelly Hojnacki, BA, MA
Kelly Hojnacki (She, Her, Hers) joined Kutztown University in 2024. She brings 16 years of experience in higher education, dedicated to providing comprehensive support and care to students across various areas. Throughout her career, she has upheld a student-centered philosophy, contributing to diverse functional areas such as housing and residence life, student conduct, student support services, and disability services. Prior to joining KU, Kelly served at Delaware Valley University, where she most recently held the position of Assistant Dean of Students for Accessibility Services. Her background reflects a deep commitment to enhancing student experiences and fostering an inclusive and supportive campus environment.
Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University and her Master of Arts degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Jessica Hainley, Student Assistance Coordinator
Jessica Hainley, BA, MDiv, MEd
Jess Hainley (She, Her, Hers) joined Kutztown University in 2023. She is deeply committed to supporting students in every aspect of their well-being—mind, body, and soul. Guided by a passion for holistic student care, she believes in meeting students exactly where they are and empowering them to reach their fullest potential.
At KU, Jess has spearheaded several innovative outreach initiatives designed to enhance student wellness and foster a sense of belonging on campus. Her work reflects a dedication to creating a university environment where every Golden Bear thrives. Jess is also passionate about exploring the positive impact of animal therapy on student mental health and is eager to incorporate these insights into her work.
When she’s not working to support students, Jess enjoys exploring self-care practices, including hanging out with her dog, fitness, baking, cooking, traveling, and listening to her favorite murder podcasts.

Jessica Urenko, Student Assistance Coordinator
Jess Urenko, BS, MSW
Jess Urenko (She, Her, Hers) is dedicated to empowering students by focusing on their strengths. With over 20 years in education and a background as a licensed social worker, she understands that every student can define and achieve their own success, both personally and academically. Jess emphasizes resilience, goal-setting, and pathway planning, by helping students set goals and connect with resources.
She values the diversity students bring to the university and the benefits it fosters. Understanding the challenges beyond academics, Jess offers a pragmatic approach to help students navigate these experiences. By addressing both academic and personal needs, she ensures students have the tools and support to thrive in their college journey.

Nadia Daher, Student Assistance Coordinator for Special Populations
Nadia Daher, MSW, LSW
Nadia Daher (She, Her, Hers), directs the day-to-day operations of our PROFS program that supports independent students who have experienced foster care and those identified as homeless or unaccompanied youth. Nadia also serves as the student advocate for the newly formed Academic Exceptions Committee, which combines undergraduate and graduate exceptions in one committee. Caecilia Holt, Office Administrator
Caecilia Holt, BS - Business Logistics
Caecilia Holt (She, Her, Hers) greets students in the office and on the phone, connects them with campus offices, and helps to schedule appointments with Student Assistance personnel. Caecilia's prior experience in one of the academic departments on campus and her familiarity with the town and university make her a go-to resource for all of your questions.
