Example: With this format, courses with any combination of M, W, & F starting at or within the time frame 8 - 8:50 a.m., would have the final exam on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 8-10 a.m.
Examples: MWF 8-9 a.m., MW 8:30-9:50 a.m., M 8-10:50 or W 8-10:50 a.m.
EVENING COURSES, COURSES BEGINNING AT 5 p.m. OR LATER, WEEKEND COURSES and COURSES THAT HAVE 7 a.m. START TIME
These courses have their final examination or alternate method of evaluation during final examination week. The final examination or alternate method of evaluation is given in the same room and begins at the same time the course meets during the semester. All final examinations are two (2) hours in duration.

POSTPONED EXAMINATIONS
If final examination and alternate methods must be postponed by the administration, those examinations will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 8-10 a.m.; 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2-4 p.m.
FOR EXAMPLE: If the postponed examination was to be held at 8-10 a.m. on Wednesday, it would be held at 8-10 a.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2026. If the Administration must postpone or change the time for finals or alternate methods, the announcements will be made over Kutztown University radio and local radio stations, posted on the KU website as well as announced in dormitories.
